- 2019 Fourth quarter individual estimated payments are due on Form 1040-ES
January 31
- Employers distribute copies of Form W-2 to all employees.
- The government’s copy of Form W-2 series returns, along with the appropriate transmittal Form W-3, should be sent in by today.
- Businesses who make certain payments, distribute your Form 1099s to recipients with information in Box 7, along with the appropriate transmittal form 1096
- File Form 940 (“Employer’s Annual Federal Unemployment (FUTA) Tax Return”) for 2019
- File Form 941 (“Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return”) to report Medicare, Social Security, and income taxes withheld in the fourth quarter of 2019
March 16
- 2019 Corporate Tax Return Form 1120S is due. If not sent in, extensions should be filed today by using Form 7004.
- 2019 Partnership Tax Return Form 1065 is due. If not sent in, extensions should be filed today by using Form 7004.
April 15
- 2019 Individual Tax Return Form 1040 is due. If not sent in, extensions should be filed today by using Form 4868.
- 2019 Corporate Tax Return Form 1120 is due. If not sent in, extensions should be filed today by using Form 7004.
- 2020 first quarter individual estimated payments are due on Form 1040-ES.
- 2019 FinCEN 114-FBAR is due
